As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Professional Legal Collections (PLC) on the 19th of June 2024, we take a moment to reflect on our journey and achievements. Founded in 2014 by Martin Kingman, FCILEX, FCICM, who now serves as the CEO of Pro Legal Group Ltd., PLC Debt has established itself as a reliable and respected name in the legal collections industry.

Since its inception, PLC Debt has been dedicated to providing professional legal collection services. Our mission has always been to help businesses recover debts efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Over the past decade, it’s been the hard work and commitment of our team that has consistently met these goals. We now successfully recover over £750,000.00 of debt every year and have a success rate of over 75%, a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team.

Throughout our ten-year history, PLC Debt has reached several notable milestones by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, earning their trust through consistent and effective service. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to ethical practices and transparency. Our approach has always been to treat all parties with respect and fairness, which has been crucial in building our reputation as a company that operates with integrity.

Martin Kingman’s leadership has been instrumental in PLC Debt’s growth and success. As founder of PLC Debt and CEO of Pro Legal Group Ltd., his dual role has allowed him to steer both organisations towards excellence. Martin’s clear vision and strategic direction have been key to our success.

Looking Forward

As we look ahead to the next decade, we remain committed to our core values and to continuing our tradition of excellence. The legal collections landscape will undoubtedly evolve, and we are prepared to adapt and grow alongside these changes.

We extend our sincere thanks to our clients, partners, and team members for their support over the years. Your trust and collaboration have been vital to our success.
